Returns and Refunds Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to ebooks and digital downloads sold directly through this website by Rhubarb Bridge Ltd.
We currently sell digital products only. We do not sell physical books directly through this website. Physical books purchased from Amazon, IngramSpark, Google Books, bookshops, libraries, or any other third party retailer are handled by the returns and refunds policy of the retailer or platform used for that purchase.
Digital products
Our ebooks are supplied as digital content. Once an ebook has been made available for download, access, or delivery, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
By purchasing an ebook from this website, you agree that digital delivery may begin immediately after purchase. You also acknowledge that once delivery, download, or access has begun, your 14 day cancellation right for that digital content may be lost, except where the product is faulty, not as described, or where your statutory rights otherwise apply.
Change of mind refunds
We do not normally offer refunds for ebooks where the customer has changed their mind after the ebook has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available.
This is because ebooks are digital products that cannot be physically returned once supplied.
Faulty, inaccessible, or incorrect files
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If an ebook file is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description, please contact us through the website contact form as soon as possible.
Where there is a genuine problem with the digital product, we will normally try to fix the issue by providing a working replacement file, correcting access, or supplying the correct ebook.
If we cannot repair or replace the digital product within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to an appropriate refund in line with your statutory rights.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same ebook more than once from this website, please contact us through the website contact form. We may refund the duplicate purchase where we can verify that the duplicate order was accidental and that no additional product has been supplied beyond the duplicate copy.
Third party purchases
If you bought one of our ebooks or books through Amazon, Google Books, Apple Books, Kobo, IngramSpark, a bookshop, library supplier, or another third party, please contact that retailer or platform directly. We cannot refund purchases made through third party platforms because payment and delivery are handled by them.

Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Customers in the United Kingdom have legal rights in relation to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. This policy is intended to explain how returns and refunds work for digital ebooks while preserving those legal rights.
