Corrections and Errata Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Editorial Standards
Rhubarb Bridge Ltd is committed to producing accurate, informative and carefully prepared publications.
Despite reasonable editorial efforts, published works may occasionally contain factual inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, calculation errors, incorrect references or other unintended omissions.
We welcome constructive notifications that help maintain and improve the accuracy of our publications.
2. Reporting an Error
Readers, researchers, educators, librarians and other interested parties may report suspected errors by contacting:
Where possible, please provide the publication title, ISBN, edition, page number, a description of the suspected error and any relevant supporting evidence.
3. Reviewing Corrections
Reported errors will be assessed according to their nature, significance and available supporting information.
Where an error is confirmed, Rhubarb Bridge Ltd will determine an appropriate correction.
Corrections may be incorporated into revised digital editions, future printings, updated publication metadata or publicly available errata notices.
Not every reported concern will necessarily result in a change. Differences of interpretation, legitimate academic debate and matters of professional judgement may require separate consideration.
4. Published Editions
Printed books cannot normally be altered after manufacture and distribution.
Corrections may therefore appear in subsequent printings or revised editions rather than in copies already purchased.
Where practical, significant corrections affecting the interpretation or safe application of published material may be communicated through appropriate public notices.
5. Changes in Information
Information contained in professional, financial, scientific and sporting publications may become outdated as legislation, regulations, research findings, industry practices and governing-body requirements change.
Such developments do not necessarily constitute errors in the original publication.
Revised information may be incorporated into future editions where appropriate.
6. Responsibility and Legal Rights
Rhubarb Bridge Ltd retains editorial responsibility for determining and implementing corrections.
This policy does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor does it affect statutory consumer rights.
